CNCAP offers a variety of wellness, prevention, intervention services. Depending on the program, eligibility may be determined by several factors including: Income guidelines, age, county of residence, etc. Programs include: Commodity Supplemental Food Program; Early Head Start - Home & Center Based (Columbus & Schuyler); Early Learning Center (Schuyler); Head Start Little Stars Preschool; HOPE Case Management; SOAR; HART-Stability Assistance Program; Supportive Services for Veteran Families; T.H.R.I.V.E.S; Weatherization; VRRH - Veteran Rapid Re-Housing & KIDS (Keeping Independent Directives in Society) Youth Program.
