Lead Community Prevention Navigator
We are seeking a dynamic Lead Community Prevention Navigator, to provide advancing outreach, education and collective impact efforts that connect individuals, children and families to vital resources and advocacy within Columbus Area United Way four county service region. This position supports a coordinated system of prevention services designed to strengthen families and reduce the need for higher-end interventions. The Lead Community Prevention Navigator coordinates, gathers, and shares relevant information, conducts assessments, and compiles research and statistical data to raise awareness of community needs.
